Why do the packages cost so much?

Brand strategy & design are investments that you make in your business. It’s what sets you apart from your competitors.

Without a well thought out, intentional brand you will struggle to connect with your ideal clients. Plus I’m fantastic at what I do (if I do say so myself)and my 20+ years of experience counts in your favour. My aim is to make this process easy and worthwhile for you and leave you ecstatic with the result! 

What if I am after something that is not on your price list?

I already have a logo and just need some collateral items designed. Can you still help?

Yep, if you have a logo that you are ecstatic with and feel that it draws in your ideal clients, I’d love to chat to you about any extra bits and pieces you might need to complement your marketing material.

How does payment work?

For the branding packages, a deposit of 50% is required prior to starting your project. The remaining balance will be due at the end before the final files are released to you. 

You also have the option of splitting the final payment and doing 25% during the proofing process and the balance before final file release.

How does the branding process work?

When you’ve chosen your package or you are happy with the custom quote, I will send you a welcome kit that contains the steps of the process, an indicative timeline, a briefing questionnaire and an invoice for the 50% deposit.

After payment of the deposit, we will spend some time getting to know each other via a meeting or zoom call and I will go off and do some research on your competitors and industry and set up a mood board with some ideas for your new “look”.

Once approved, I will develop some concepts for you and ask for your feedback –  usually via email. We will then continue to tweak and refine your design until it is approved.

With the final payment being done, I will send over your final files in various formats for web and print.

How long will a branding project take?

Every design job is different and the timeframes will vary depending on each brief. Generally, I like to allow several weeks for a full branding project and I will send you a detailed timeline along with your initial proposal documents, so you know what to expect and when.

However, if you are working towards a specific deadline, please let me know at the beginning of the project and I will let you know if it is achievable.

How many changes can I make?

Each design item includes two rounds of revisions. Any further revisions will be charged for at an hourly rate.

How will we communicate during the process?

If you are not in the Taranaki region (or even in New Zealand), our initial chat will be via zoom. After this, most of our communication will be via email as I find this the best way to work. 

If you feel you need a face-to-face chat at any stage,  we can certainly schedule another zoom call.

What format will I get my final files in?

You will always receive both CMYK and RGB versions (for professional print and digital use). 

Depending on the package you choose, you will receive them in different sizes as well as some other formats for specific applications.

Can I arrange printing through you?

I have a few very reliable printing contacts in NZ and can supply you with an additional printing quote if you wish!

Can we talk on the phone to see if we connect before I commit?

Sure, if you love what you’ve seen on my website and you are happy with my pricing, I’m more than happy to have a chat first and answer any additional questions you might have.  Just send me an email to tee up a time.

However please note, my time is very valuable to me, so please only request a call if you are genuinely interested in working together.
